AGREEMENT FOR USING PASTORAL TRAINING OF ASIA (PTA) TRAINING BOOKS

PTA teaches pastors and Christian leaders in several Asian countries. Our target is the poorer countries that are full of pastors and workers that can’t afford training and education but are in great need of it. Our training seminars and materials are free of charge with only love offerings taken for our ministry (which we turn back to the ministry to help support it). Our materials are simple, Biblical, with a cultural sensitivity. They lack the Western intellectual approach, for most that we train have little formal education. Our desire is for all that take the training to be able to comprehend and apply. Our training books have been translated into several Asian languages and dialects. They are also periodically upgraded.

With this in mind, we ask you to read and agree to the following conditions concerning the using and translating of the PTA training books.

1. I agree to maintain the integrity of the materials by printing or copying them as they are. The exception would be the Filipino staff bio-data that can be removed or replaced. I agree that no other name will replace PTA as the originator the training materials.
2. I agree that if the materials are translated into languages other than English those copies (CD word format and hard copies) will be safely mailed to our USA office: PTA, PO Box 1136, San Clemente, CA. 92674-1136 USA.
3. I agree that if in translating, another word or image is better used to relate to the cultural dynamic that those changes would be stated clearly and be included in the with the copies sent.
4. Understanding that a great need in missions today is the training and developing of national leaders, I agree that if I develop any training books on other topics that I would be willing to share them with PTA under the same type of agreement.

I fully agree with the above stated stipulations
